Hi all 1st of all I'd just like to say please don't be too hard on Id mobile for the disruption & inconvenience that id are suffering at the moment 

As most of you know that id mobile & smarty piggyback of the 3uk network so if 3uk have issues with there network it effects id mobile & smarty & as I understand 3uk are doing work on the networks  & with this bad weather we're having it's not helping the situation ! & I also understand other networks are having issues ! 

Nothing in today's life is perfect if it was we'd all be happier ppl (don't you agree)

We all rely on our mobile phones too much these days I grew up in the world of if you had to make a phone call we had to find a public phone box & if it had been vandalised we had to find the next nearest 1 to us ! (Yes I'm an old git lol)

But pls give id mobile a chance there great value for money & when everything's working ok I bet you will all agree it's great value for money ! 

So please be patient with id mobile I'm sure normal service will be sorted shortly 👍

Hey there ​@Simoak, we really appreciate your kind words here, and thank you for your understanding in the issue.

 

The outage is something out of our control, but something we would never want for our customers, and will always look to resolve ASAP with Three UK, whenever something happens such as this.

 

We of course appreciate customers frustrations and worries and how this affects them, and we always do all we can to help them.

HI ​@Tyler I totally understand after having an ongoing battle with EE for nearly 2 years about the signal lack of customer service etc so I bought myself out the contract early to come to id mobile not only is it great value for money but I have a great 5g signal & I don't have to go outside to make or receive calls so for me it's win win 👍!

As I said in my post we do tend to rely on our mobiles too much these days ! 

But I think these days a lot of ppl suffer with lack of patience & want everything done right away which is not always possible !
