do you still only allow 5g on a limited number of phones?

I left your network a year or so ago as you didn't allow 5g on all 5g phones (I have an oppo ren pro 4 5g which works flawlessly on Lebara but only got 4g with yourselves. Has this changed yet to be consistent with every other mobile network, or do you still only allow 5g on a subset of phones that you've tested?

Thanks, just to confirm then, any 5g phone that isn't on the list won't get 5g with iD mobile?

Hey there @Waiting for 5g, the phones that are approved for 5G will 100% work. Any other phone may or may not work, although not officially approved, so we cannot say for sure.

Thanks,

Tyler

Ok, I'll stick with my existing network then as my phone didn't get 5g with yourselves before but does with other networks that use the same physical network as iD does (Three), and I don't want to risk it still not getting 5g. Thanks for replying 👍
