Attended download festival this year and had no signal for 3 days. Fine at hotel in Nottingham. However ever since going with ID I have to use WiFi calling in Dollar central Scotland where ID say the signal should be fine. Will 100% leave ID at end of my contract. Why is the service so poor?

Again. Thanks for your response.
I was there with friends who don't use ID and they all had decent signals. So will be leaving ID at the nearest opportunity. I've used mobile phones for a long time and ID has to be the worst supplier I've been with. I only went because it was cheaper , now I know why.
