dropped calls

I recently joined ID mobile but I've noticed I keep getting dropped calls at home. Initially I thought it was coz I had WiFi calling on and maybe when the WiFi signal gets weak it just drops the call but I turned that off now but I'm still getting dropped calls on 5G.

I can't find a number to call ID mobile about the issue.

Hi @alamrahman,

Welcome to the Community!

Is Volte enabled on your handset?

As 3G is being disabled you’ll need to enable Volte so calls can be made over 4G.

Yes VOLTE is enabled.

Even when I'm out and about I'm having dropped calls and jittering lines.

Okay @alamrahman, what does the Coverage and Outage checkers say for your area?

If they’re okay, you may have an issue with the handset itself, so would be eligible for an exchange if it was within the last 30 days.

Thanks.

3G/4G/5G all excellent coverage.

The network checker says they're working in the area but that's been the same message since about a month ago.

If there is works in the area that will affect your calls @alamrahman. Might be worth contacting Three UK for an update as they provide the infrastructure. Thanks.
