Phone down again all week and last week emergency calls only I've tried to report it and nothing yet I'm paying my bills and the account says I'm outstanding aswell yet I have solid proof I've paid my bill monthly. It's driving me mental I cannot make or receive calls and the line drops after 2.mins and 5 seconds. I cannot cope and they won't fix it or replace the handset or SIM card I'm at a loss I only joined this year and can't afford to pay the contract out I've not been able to use my phone at all for weeks.

iD Mobile will replace a SIM card, not the phone. Take the phone to your local Curry’s and have them check it out. They should be able to confirm if it’s working.

As for the outage, it’s a mobile phone service, so service isn’t guaranteed in any one location. The time it takes to fix the outage will depend on many factors. It could be something as serious as a vehicle crashing into the mast, or something simple such as a faulty switch. If it’s serious, the mast owner may need permission from the local council or land owner before it can be fixed.
