I've also been affected by this widespread issue of being unable to make phone calls, while having to resort to checking online forums and queuing for the live chat to get any information on this. After waiting 15 minutes to connect to an agent I asked when it would likely be resolved and how I would be made aware and they said to get in touch later on to find out. The above is the rest of the conversation. The agent closed the chat as soon as their last message was sent. This is embarrassing behaviour from ID representatives, it is made so difficult to contact anyone and when you finally do manage they feel they can just close conversations on you without attempting to help you. No consequences for these actions. I'll be cancelling my contract with this lot, they have continually provided the worst service possible.
