Extremely poor performance idMobile

Hi

My husband and myself both have idMobile and up to about 1 month ago both were working fine. Now, both of us are having problems with making calls and being heard on calls. We both have pixel 8’s but I have also tried my sim in a Samsung phone I have. 

When we make a call it either takes ages to connect or won’t connect at all. If we do manage to connect then we can’t be heard or the sound is breaking up so people cannot understand what is being said.

We are desperate now for a solution as we have a disabled daughter and it is essential that we can be reached at all times.

Can you please suggest anything to help. I have checked the coverage in our area and there are no problems noted. Our postcode is SG1 1PS.

Problem has been solved after speaking with your live chat. They recommended we needed to get new sims which we did yesterday and so far problem is solved. Thank you.
