Hi there - I’m new to ID mobile, and to the best of my knowledge have a signal issue with a transmitter at the end of the street. I live in SE9 South East London.When I am near this mast - the data signal in particular is very patchy. I know its the ‘ID’ network as other phones in my possession on Vodafone etc do not exhibit any anomalies or download issues etc when stood in the same area.Is there any way this transmitter issue can be investigated?Generic data says no reported issues in the area.I’m a new customer / couple of months into the contract and it’s driving me nuts.Thank you!
