Full signal but no internet,

I am using a sim in my MiFi with unlimited data but struggling to get any data? What am I doing wrong?

Sorry to hear that. Please note, we only officially support the usage of our SIM cards in the supported handsets on our website.

Anything outside of those may or may not work, but we can’t say for sure as we don’t officially support it.

If it won’t work, it may just be that the SIM won’t work in the device I’m afraid.

General troubleshooting such as removing the SIM card etc may help and re-entering it, but we can’t say for sure I’m afraid.
