Getting fed up with slow data/coverage

why is my coverage so bad? This problem has been happening for the last month, We upgraded our phones to 5G to see if this helps, have checked the coverage checker-full coverage and still having problems with it. please help and advise, We are paying 2 contracts for something we are not able to use

Unfortunately @Lou2lou, the online coverage checker only shows theoretical prediction of coverage at a given location, not the actual real-world coverage.

Maybe check for any networks faults or incidents at your location.
