GoPro 2FA SMS are not getting through

Are SMS codes from GoPro being blocked? I can received SMS OTP from other places perfectly fine, but GoPro 2FA codes are not being received. This is the same if I have RCS on or off.

Welcome to the Community!

It seems like an issue on GoPro’s side if other OTP’s are working.

I would advise contacting GoPro to make sure that your number is correct on their end.

    I eventually got through to GoPro customer services (their hours are Pacific time only). The phone number is correct so it looks like an issue with their SMS services. There was no information on what it is or if they were going to address it.

    The only resolution was to disable 2FA :-(

    Do other business/apps one-time passwords etc work okay, just not Amazon?
