great signal but no internet!

I get a great signal on iD mobile but no data..can’t even open the iD app. It’s just an absolute waste of money for me! Guess the 3 Network is not for me, it does not have the capacity!

Hi @Bobrmitchell

Taking a look the area of S338WB directly looks okay, however areas around look like they may be patchy or without signal, which could extend through to S338WB.

There also appears to be a notice from Three UK to say that congestion is expected in these areas.

How long have you had issues here?

Hi @Bobrmitchell

I’m sorry to hear this, do you have absolutely no data or just a weak signal?

Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having these issues?

How long have you had these issues?

The problem exists across the whole of  the Hope Valley, in the Peak District, an example post code is S338WB. There is predominantly a full signal but little to no data, even the ID app won’t open!

The issue is constantly there and it is 100% a lack of backhaul capacity, the signal strength is not an issue and it’s been like this for quite a while and 3 obviously know!

Sorry to hear that @Bobrmitchell. When having the issues, does it affect calls, texts and data?

Thanks,

Tyler
