has anyone else just lost all signal?

I just missed an important call that would've got me some new work because my phone's signal is non-existent and now I've missed that chance! I've had a look on an app that detects when network companies are having issues and there has been a huge spike for ID mobile, I don't know if they've been hacked or what but It's a major inconvenience and if it's not sorted soon I'll need to switch providers.

 Hi. Thanks for getting in touch. There’s currently an issue affecting ID mobile customers alongside 3UK customers. I understand this is frustrating but there’s not much that can be done. Here’s a page to keep updated on any future progress.
