I have just came to ID from o2 

 

my signal is constantly cutting out when online using data

 

also I am not receiving certain calls very frustrating

and struggling to make calls also with the other persons phone ringing but nothing happening at my end

Just to say, iD Mobile use Three UK as their network partner - sounds like O2’s mobile network might be better for you.
