Help


Have i made a big mistake? 

This has to be the worst network I have ever experienced. My number is a week late porting over, when I make calls people are saying I'm breaking up, Internet is poor. 

Assistance is provided by customers not the network providers 

Am I doing something wrong

You have ‘up to 30’ days to try out iD Mobile. If signal coverage isn’t great where you are, switch to a network that does.
