I had the same issue and reached out to Customer Service on Live Chat. We tried many options including reseting the mobile network and tethering via bluetooth. The agent requested that I go to the nearest Currys shop for help.
Not giving up, I started fiddling with the settings. I changed my security settings from WPA3-Personal to WPA2/WPA3-Personal on my Google Pixel 8 phone. Now I’ve been able to tether from my ID mobile phone to my laptop. Hope this works for others with the same issue.

Do you mean that your laptop cannot connect to your phone’s hotspot?
What about other devices?

I'm.the same. When I do actually have a network connection and I try to hospital to my laptop, just tells me connected, no Internet.

We are sorry to hear you are also experiencing issues whilst attempting to use your phone as a hotspot.
If you're having trouble connecting your computer to your phone's hotspot, try changing your hotspot settings and switch the Access Point Band from 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz or vice versa.
