I’ve missed a whole days work because of this and I know I’m not the only one!! This should have been fixed by now! We should all be compensated for this!

Compensation is something that you’ll absolutely not get, I can tell you that for a fact

if having an active phone line is important for your work, why don’t you have a contingency? Like a VOIP phone line?  Or maybe even a different base network SIM card? 

I agree this sort of thing should not happen, but expecting compensation is wild

They may not charge you for the hours of no service, but that would be a few pence because of how cheap plans are.

You may want to look at business plans from the main networks. That’s where you can get some compensation, based on the contract you make with them. Just don’t expect a cheap virtual network to do that.
