I moved into my new flat on the 18th of February, and can’t make any calls. Usually, they can’t hear me, but sometimes I can’t hear them.
I get my broadband supply from Vodafone, and they basically said it’s not their problem. I phoned ID, and he said that he can’t do anything about it, and contact the “authorities”. (I’m not sure what he meant by that.) He said it was a reception problem, and that I’d be compensated - but only after it’s sorted out. On the service checker (or whatever it’s called), it says I should be getting a reception.
I’ve tried moving around the flat, opening windows, etc.
