I can't call or text

I'm having trouble with the network signal. For the last few days I've been unable to make or receive calls and send or receive texts. Incoming calks are just diverted straight to voicemail. Internet based services like messenger and WhatsApp are working fine. If I restart the phone, the network will work for a short while and all the backed up messages ping through bugbthen ut stops workkng again. After seeing lots of other people making the same comments I don't think the problem is with the phone. What's going on?

Hi @Big G, this sounds like the issue is in relation to our 3G switch off.

If you’re using an android device, ‘VoLTE’ will need to be enabled/toggled on in the device settings to allow 4G calling.
