I cannot call a business number from my phone. I switched to Mobile a week ago. My phone is an apple 13.

    Hi ​@Anh123 

     Some businesses use non-standard 07 numbers and these incur ‘out of plan charges’.

    If you wish to call these types of numbers then you will need to increase your bill cap so that the charges can be applied.
