I cannot make or receive any calls


Hi 

I am using Iphone 12. I cannot make or receive any phone call and text since three days ago. data also keeps dropping out. very frustrated with ID mobile.  any suggestion?

Hey there ​@Threeinone3, sorry to hear this. We did have a nationwide outage with some calls/texts last week, however, that was resolved the next day. Are you still having issues now?

 

If so, what’s your full postcode?

Hi Tyler

That’s not good. There are too many customers who can’t make or receive calls, or who are experiencing dropped data connections. Does iD Mobile offer any compensation for this technical issue? Nevertheless, I am seriously thinking about moving other network provider.
