This has been going on for months in terms of a very erratic phoneline - but now only these error messages when i try and make a call:
‘Couldnt connect’
‘Not registered on Network’
when people call it sounds as though phone is ringing, but from my end it isnt - and call goes to voicemail
I’ve followed all the trouble shooting recommendations on your support page - but no change.

Thank you for your reply - and the good news is that i now have phone connection again. For the last months the phone line connection has been very erratic and unreliable, as above, but fingers crossed today is the best it’s been since the network problems first arose.
