I cant make or receive phone calls. ita been atleast two hours that i am aware of. I hvae restarted my device several times. The issue is not with the phone but the SIM

 

On the 17th Jan my mobile data wasn't working for hours. This is likely regular but I'm usually on WiFi so wouldn't know

The phone network is currently down. They’re investigating but it’s b….y annoying that we’ve not had any phone connection for at least 2 hours.

Hi Tyler,

 

How do I make a formal complaint? There were no comms from ID mobile to inform me of an outage that you were surely aware of. This is unacceptable
