i cant send texts on my new contract

Hello, I cannot send texts on my new contract. My old number says it has switched over, I can use iMessage but SMS will not send. My data is working fine. I have unlimited texts as part of my contract. Do you know what I can do to fix this?

Have you tried a using Reset Network Settings on the iPhone with your iD SIM, ​@Marthaalexander?

Your iOS user guide should explain all the reset procedures, which is online at:

Is there an error message displayed when you send an SMS text message using your iPhone, ​@Marthaalexander?
