i cant take or recive calls at a lot of different locations

Hi

For the last few weeks I haven't been able to take or receive calls in a few different locations especially at home. I never had any issues before this. I can randomly can do calls when I am in different locations then it quickly changes. It says I have full signal all the time but no calls can connect.

It sounds like you may be in areas where we don’t have 3G.

You will need to enable VoLTE on your handset. The link below will provide further information.
