I am experiencing a split port issue following my transfer to iD Mobile over a week ago. I can receive calls from some networks, but calls from other networks fail to connect. Because it has been more than 24 hours, the network routing tables are broken. Please escalate this directly to your technical network team to file a file-build correction request.

When going to the chat I have no one competent to resolve this issue all they do is ending the chat. Logged several complaints but nothing changed now Im ready to escalate this issue to the communication Ombudsman as Im paying for a partial service and the issue not been resolved or handled properly for more than a week. I NEED A RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM ASAP!!!

Hi @Yaso,

We’re very sorry that you’ve been dealing with this ongoing split-port issue and that your previous contacts have not led to a resolution. We also apologise for the repeated questions and chats ending without the support you needed.

I’ve just sent you a private message so we can gather the information required and work on getting this investigated further.

To view it, select your profile picture in the top-right corner of the iD Mobile Community and choose Private Messages. You can also access your inbox directly here: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/inbox/overview.community.idmobile.co

We’ll continue speaking with you there and do everything we can to move this forward as quickly as possible.

Thanks,
Tashnieka
