I have had no working phone for 5 days and no help from ID mobile

I have been  unable to make calls for 5 days (txt and data working).  I have tried live chat 3 times and even went back to Curry's where I bought the service originally and nothing is resolved.  Has anyone else had similar problems?

We would first advise to check the coverage and network status at the link below to see if there are any coverage issues.

You can also test the SIM in another handset or alternatively test a replacement SIM card.
