I'm  finally leaving after 1 year of atrocious service off ID mobile.

I took my 2 year contract out in October 2023.

I've had nothing but trouble in the whole year of service from the first few weeks of the contract.

I was unable to make calls without the other person not hearing me at all or telling me that the line is breaking up.

Even yesterday i made 5 calls and 3 people hung up on me eventually after constantly telling me if i was still there and the other 2 callers called me back.

I've had 2 new phones within my first month of taking out the contract as I was told that it was the phone that was at fault.

When I got my second new phone I had exactly the same problem with calls so I don't think there was anything wrong with the new one I got when I took out the contract.

I went and had the second phone tested after i had taken all the steps of trying to fix the issues but it still didnt work with the calls.

The phone was tested and there was no faults at all and was told its 100% the network.

I've made numerous complaints and still to this day it's not fixed so I'm ending my contract and moving to another provider.

When you can't even use the phone for it's most basic function of making calls and having customer service saying the same old thing,

We have checked the network coverage for your postcode and its good even though they haven't  heard me most of the conversation and me asking them to call me back.

I've been asking to end this contract from the first month of issues but it would of cost me a fortune to end the contract.

Finally now they have made me an offer which I've accepted so I can leave,so on the 18th.October I will be shot of this homemade DIY service that's not fit for purpose!

All the best to you all!

@surfin -

Sorry to hear of the troubles. Best of luck with your new provider. Thanks!
