i need help from customer services???

I cant call or receive calls? Seems impossible to speak to anyone in customer services its awful. Why is the connection so bad, it's been weeks now and still having trouble. I will refused to pay my contract if this doesn't get resolved ASAP

Good luck getting any resolution, I've been in same situation for 2 weeks now and after endless hours spent repeating myself to live agents, twitter communication and finally the complaints team nothing has changed or been resolved. Constantly told its with tech and they will keep me posted with any update and that its been dealt with as fast as possible. Absolute joke of a company and state I will have to pay early exit fee if I end my contract.

Urgh this is annoying I am in exactly the same being fobbed off constantly told its with tech and no updates! A week of  no phone and not anywhere close to a resolution. I was offered £20 compensation. No thanks FIX MY PHONE

I have requested my PAC code 3 times and they still won't send it me. All I get is same message asking for date of birth each time, I have given them this.

I transferred my old number to an ID mobile  esim thinking that my phone is compatible.  My contract has started with ID mobile but cannot use the esim and all communication has been cut off from my old line. It is impossible to get through to ID mobile since my number is not activated and I cannot activate because verification code will not come through for activation. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
