my network is not working at my place

now i come to germany even here I don’t get any calls or make calls please would you let me know whats the issue

    Hi

     

    did you turn on data roaming in your phone settings? Make sure roaming is also turned on in your ID mobile app

    How long have you had issues at home?

     

    Furthermore, as kindly asked by ​@L0rdvega, have you enabled roaming via both the iD Mobile app/website and also via your phone’s own settings to use the device in Germany?
