I’ve just joined ID mobile. I can receive calls, but I can’t dial out

Hello!

I can receive calls so my new sim is definitely working but I can’t make them. 
To attempt to rectify the problem I have;

  • turned my phone off & on numerous times
  • turned the travel line off as it says ‘T’ when I try to call someone. That didn’t work so I turned it back on again
