I've made complaint about service issues and id mobile complaints team keeps sending me same email every week asking for information requested by technical team and I've responded to the request then same email request sent every week, even I've received call asking same request information.
The are playing around to waste time not to resolve issues.
I asked to rise my complain to ombudsman but they ignored my request.
I think the best things is to contact Ofcam or solicitor office to deal with them.
I've advised everyone to avoid this network as we paid for nothing.
