We are sorry to hear there has been a delay with lifting the restriction following your payment. 

The restriction can take up to 24 hours to complete depending on how fast the payment is processed on the account. 

 

Has the service now resumed for you?

I've paid my bill but my services still have not been restored. Please help thank you 

I am having this same problem i try to call someone and it says welcome to id your payment is up to date and then hangs up???? i need my calls and data back and don’t tell me to wait 24 hours it’s been over 48 hours its been messed up since friday its now sunday evening !!

This is happening with me too. I’ve paid my outstanding balance and it has been a few days with none of my services restored

Hey there ​@abss.jones,  when services are suspended, and then a bill paid afterwards, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to resume (typically a few hours).

 

We’d always recommend restarting your phone every few hours to see if it has. If it ever takes longer than 24 hours, we’d recommend contacting our live-chat:

Or, we can PM you here if you’d prefer, but as it’s a time-sensitive issue with getting your phone back online, we’d recommend the live-chat in the first instance so you can receive quicker responses.

Hi, none of this has worked. No matter how many times I restart my phone, I can’t get my data, texts or phone calls back. It has been well over 20 days so the 24 hour wait is completely out of the window.
