iD mobile can't guarantee coverage away from home, also no coverage at home !

I have been trying to get an answer of extremely poor, next to nil coverage at home, and also at various places.  I was visiting lake district lately and suffered a lot due to no coverage, couldn’t order food online, and even maps won’t load as no coverage.  When I got in touch with their “support team” on X, this is the reply I received.

 

Do I earn right to cancel my contract ?

@KJ79 - we can’t guarantee coverage across the whole of the UK, as with all networks there are areas with stronger and weaker signal. Our 4G network does cover 99.8% of the UK outdoor population.

Could you please confirm though, if it’s true what I have been advised by Ed from your team, as per the screenshot attached above that “iD mobile can’t advise or guarantee coverage at a location travelling away from Home”

well.. I have some bad news …. as cover checker says I should have excellent coverage at my home (see attached) 

 

and also to a postcode where I was visiting in Kendal (where I suffered the most and raised a complaint on 10th July) should have excellent coverage (see below).. but both places I have next to nil reception… besides the statement “no guerantee of coverage away from home” is bothering me… I am travelling to asda 0.3 miles away from my home and guess what…. no coverage either !!!!! 

 

 I have already tried all sorts.. rest network setting, reset my phone… tried my sim in my wife’s phone and still same… though my wife is with different provider (not three) and have no issues….

when will iD mobile admit that they have a faulty service… even all your help pages keep saying to try everythig from ourside only… can it not be wrong from your side for once ?  and I am still paying full line rental beside this poor service, and extremely poor customer service too.

Thanks for confirming @KJ79 it is strange that it suggests you should have no signal issues but are experiencing the opposite. Have you tried a replacement SIM or eSIM? Thanks.
