Im not able make or receive calls

Hello,

I bought id mobile 5 days back. I'm not able to make or receive the calls. I can message and use the data. I'm using the new id sim in iPhone 11pro max. I followed every step but still not able to get. I even trying to connect with customer but no use. I was utterly disappointed by the service I received from ID . I feel like I'm trapped

Nothing to do with id Mobile but everything to do with your phone's settings. Try reading some more of the many other posts below yours or use the search feature to find the answer to your problem.

I tried all the ways I can still didn't got a clue why it is not working

If it’s an iPhone try deleting and re entering your number in settings apps phone, then switching off and on, sounds odd but sorted mine (after much time wasted trying other advice) good luck

I carnt call or recieve calls done everything you surgest but doesnot work i am on a samsung 10
