Ported over from O2 almost three months ago, and been having this issue in varying degrees since day one.
Basically, incoming callers are either hearing nothing as the phone is ringing at my end, or sometimes it sounds as if I'm abroad.
Today I discovered the problem has worsened and all callers are hearing silence as the phone rings. This is leading to a lot of missed a calls because callers assume there is a connection problem. This renders the service effectively useless.
I have asked the 'technical team' to investigate on three separate occasions and I have submitted two complaints to ID which have both been closed down as unresolved. The problem was even escalated to Three without success.
I've been extremely patient so far, I just want a little bit of customer service, which has been worse than poor so far. If ID are unable to provide a fully working service then I would like to be released from my contract. I've never even been offered any kind of bill credit.
