incoming calls not working

Since I’ve been with ID my calls have not been working properly. It’s becoming more frequent now than sparadic like before. Whenever I answer a call it says we cannot connect your call, this is just not right when all I’m doing is answering not making the call it’s very odd and very annoying as it cuts the caller off they keep saying I’ve put the phone down.

Okay, have you tried your SIM card in another device?

 

If the issue happens everywhere, this doesn’t appear to be a coverage issue and could be a device/SIM issue.
