In the last few weeks my data connection has been very hit and miss. Constantly dropping in and out.
The last week has been worse, even before the storms and now when making or receiving calls the person at the other end only gets every other word!
I know I live fairly remotely but it's fast becoming an issue as I use my phone for work purposes too.
By the looks of it others have been having similar issues and their queries on any compensation have been avoided in I.Ds replies.
