My phone Internet I'm not happy with this it's not working properly since I bought even I had never this problem with any other network so kindly fixed it as I've still very long time with you thanks.

Have you tried your SIM card in another device?

 

Have you tried a replacement SIM card?

Do you have issues with only data, or calls and texts also?

 

Also, does it happen at specific times, or all the time?

Just with data and most of the times and most of the areas as well

Okay, please could you provide the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

 

All iD Mobile plans have the option of a return in their cooling off period should you find the signal coverage isn’t for you, as you mention having issues since joining, was this not an option you considered?

I thought might it's temporary signal issue it will be sorted later but it's still the same it's kind of everywhere around bradford I've the issue sometime it's start working and sometimes totally gone I just want to get better signals

It's almost everywhere in bradford signals totally gone especially hilly areas
