Internet is not working after transferring from o2.


Having just joined ID from o2, my switch was completed today. Since I have put my new ID sim card in my iphone 12 I have been unable to use any data, e.g. internet won’t load. I can make calls and send text messages. I have reset the phone and the network setting but it still will not work. Any ideas?

Hi @ac124, @andewhite is correct here. It sounds like your mobile data may have been switched off on the handset. Typically with any coverage/SIM issues, all services are affected.

Perhaps the “Mobile Service > Mobile Data” toggle, in the Settings app, is OFF, @ac124
