Unfortunately @Myles9, the online coverage checkers show a prediction of coverage at any given location, based on computer models. The real world coverage could be better or worse than predicted.

Alternatively, there might be a network fault/issue at your location, affecting the network data services.

Check online at https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage.

The coverage checker results are from a computer model, not someone using a test instrument at any given location to check the actual signal strength, sorry.

For actual real-world coverage try:

Try speaking online to the iD support team, by using their online Live Chat service.

https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

The advisers work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays, and the chatbot works 24/7.

Hi @Myles9

Please could you let us know the postcode(s) you’re having issues in?

It’s worth noting that we do not guarantee any minimum data speeds.

If you’re within your cooling off period, you may decide to return based on being unhappy with the signal.
