I’ve been on ID mobile since January this year (8 months). All had been fine, using my iPhone 12pro.
I can send and receive SMS messages, Data works but I CANNOT make or receive calls.
Service in the area is fine.
Turning off and on iMessage makes no difference.
I’ve turned off and on the phone, reset network settings. No difference.
I have put the sim into another iPhone and the SIM does not work.
I have put the SIM into my Partners android device and the sim DOES works fine.
What on earth is happening? Can you (Customer service) please resolve this.
