As unlucky as it is I have needed to make a few calls this week and everytime the phone doesn’t connect to make or receive calls. No communication from ID. Such a shame as they have been great until this point. Just be straight with your users. Are there upgrades happening? Outages? How long for?

Hey there @ashep99, we’re very sorry to hear this. As of right now, there is no nationwide outage for calls, texts or data. However, every issue is different, so there could be work going on in your area, or a completely different issue at hand for yourself.What’s your full postcode and what phone do you have please?Secondly, how long have you had issues, and is it only calls affected?Thanks,Tyler
