Is it me or is ID really crap in the last week?

As unlucky as it is I have needed to make a few calls this week and everytime the phone doesn’t connect to make or receive calls. No communication from ID.

 

Such a shame as they have been great until this point. Just be straight with your users. Are there upgrades happening? Outages? How long for?

Hey there ​@ashep99, we’re very sorry to hear this. As of right now, there is no nationwide outage for calls, texts or data. However, every issue is different, so there could be work going on in your area, or a completely different issue at hand for yourself.

 

What’s your full postcode and what phone do you have please?

 

Secondly, how long have you had issues, and is it only calls affected?

If you look at 3 network, which ID uses then they are having a problem with calls and text. So what is the issue with their network?

I have been struggling since the major three outage a few days back. Perfect timing on there part as I am stuck, ill at home whilst a family member i care for cant contact me or her drs or the hospital. I've had to organise it with a friend driving about for me like its the 90s 

I will walk away happly from my contract and keep the phone as compenstation if this is not fixed and looked at as a serious matter.

 If this is not sorted and it causes more stress and confusion for my ill nana I dont know what ill do.

Ne34 south shields, service will not connect  samsung s25 ultra

I can stand next to the 5g mast near my home and it struggles to connect this is wild.

@Tyler Yes, I already used that website to know there was an issue with 3 🤣. What I would like to know from you is WHAT is the issue and when will service be resumed.

I need you to add value to this not tell me about the service outage that I already knew about.

I have been experiencing issues for a week.
