is there any ID technician who can help with making and receiving calls.

My phone is dead when making calls out and also when receiving calls. It makes a ringing sound on the person's phone who calls me but absolutely none on mine. It is NOT on aeroplane or silent. Went through settings as recommended. No difference. Very worrying. Only works on whatsap (internet calls)

There is currently degradation to 3G and 4G voice calls. 3UK engineers are investigating the issue. For the latest updates, please check our Service Status page.

I will wait and see, hoping for the best. I am able to send and receive SMS but no calls at all, out or in for now

There’s still some (albeit very few!) 3G cell sites in operation I believe.

Could ID send us a SMS text when the network is back on? Checking for hours after hours or days is absolutely frustrating..

Thank you Natalie. Phone is back working now as issues were due to Three network being down. However, the  link to the ‘dedicated’ page that you mention is not live.
