I'm having problems receiving text messages - OTP from outside the UK from foreign companies/numbers,I contacted the ID several times and they told me to wait 48 hours for the technicians to contact me but still no one has managed to resolve the problem. What should I do?

I’d recommend awaiting response from the tech team and continuing with the team you’ve contacted already.
It’s unlikely the problem would be solved within 48 hours, the team would need time to look into and investigate the issue at hand.
