issue with phone or service?


Hi, I've had this contract for nearly a year and have been having quite a few issues - mostly with calls failing, not coming through as well as data not working/being very slow despite full bars and 5G. 

I had a Samsung Galaxy on 3 previously and had no major issues, however since switching to ID it seems every other week is up and down. I now have a Google Pixel 8pro so shouldn't have thought it would be an issue with the phone - and Watford is usually good for service so not sure what the issue is. 

With a year still left I am really considering just trying to switch to a different sim supplier and sacrifice what I would have saved switching to ID

What’s the full postcode you’re having issues in please?

 

Have you tried resetting network settings?

It's WD25. I have checked and this is what it says so definitely shouldn't be an issue…

I have reset the network multiple times, reset phone, and taken SIM out etc but still get the same issues coming back again

That map looks quite patchy, it may be worth switching to 4G instead of 5G.

Does show that 5G coverage is all around when outside though... However does not give any reason as to why I can not make or receive phone calls?

Hey ​@mattarcher2001, is the issue only with phone calls just to confirm?

 

Are texts and data working fine?

 

Is it every phone call that fails?
