issues with data and phone coverage

I’m new to id mobile, everything was good first week excellent data coverage and good phone signal but now I keep losing signal while on a call and no app work unless I have 5G only. 4G coverage seems to have disappeared. 
im not happy and glad my contact is a month long and I can look for another sim company

It does seem odd that the coverage would just drop like that after a week? 

Have you checked the service checker, to see if there is any work or congestion on the masts in your area?
