Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

I thought this was specific to my area but just travelled about 15 miles away and same problem little or very weak signal. Area post code Dh3 2hy. Wife uses I’d and has same issue , she was given a replacement sim but made no difference at all. This issue has been ongoing for about 8 weeks now.

I have been told by someone local, but not sure of if it legit , that a while ago the local signal mast was taken down to prepare it for 5g. The mast has indeed gone but  I can’t seem to get any more info on this.

the problems started when the mast disappeared.

I have taken a look at the postcode provided and there does appear to be a known issue in the area and our team are currently working to get his resolved as quickly as possible.

Also, with 3G no longer being available, we would recommend ensuring VoLTE is enabled on your handset. Further details are available here

I have tried all of the above and it has been over a month now and still no improvement with signal

Hi.

when away from area it seems to work fine.

i have tried sim in my wife’s phone but it’s exactly the same as mine.

My wife is with Tesco and her phone signal is fine compared to mine when both phones are beside each other other.
