Ok so after yesterday’s shenanigans with ID, and being unable to contact roadside assistance(alone female=vulnerable), and the fact that this is at least the second big outage in a year, I am leaving. I’ve just spent 2 hours on live chat. They offered me £10 compo😂. Have raised a complaint and asked for the termination £80 to be waived, which, given my circumstances yesterday, and my time they have wasted, I think is appropriate.
I now have my pac, and will be using it today. Pay cheap, get cheap.
