Leeds festival

My son is at Leeds festival today which supposedly has Three as the official mobile partner but has zero phone signal and no mobile internet. How can that be?

Hey there @Twig Lord, our apologies for the late response, and welcome to Community!

 

The lack of signal at Leeds Festival was likely due to a number of things.

 

  1. Loads of people connecting to the local masts, meaning heavy usage.
  2. The extremely adverse weather conditions would’ve affected signal.
  3. There was on-going work in the area at the time, which would also have affected signal.

We hope your Son was able to receive some signal whilst there, and hope he managed to enjoy the festival despite the bad weather!
